 Lucinda Adeline Rockholt-Burgett-Davis Lucinda was the mother of Sarah Burgett, the wife of George Thompson. She was born 26 Mar 1842 in Missouri and married William Milbury Burgett in 1858 in Sutter County, California. Lucinda and Milbury were divorced some time after 1875 and she married a man by the name of Davis. Lucinda is said to have worn one of the little hats she has on in the photo quite often. This photograph was taken about 1913 when she was 70 years old, and she died 15 Mar 1924 in Sutter County. |
