 William Hopkin Waxham William Hopkin Waxham was the son of William and Elizabeth (Hopkins) Waxham and was born in 1818 in England. He married Hannah Tyra and they had five children, including Charles Chapman (pictured in a separate photograph) and George Clinton (also in a separate photograph).
