William Prather notes that this family seems to disappear about 1843. A Henry
had a farm in KY abutting our James Prather, he sold out in the eary 1830's
and a Henary Prather appeared in Vermilion County, Illinois about the same
time. Abigail was his first cousin, Bill Believes. Henry sold out in
Vermilion County in 1843 and disappears. However, there is a Henry
Pratherliving as a boarder with Edward and Blanche Endsley in the 1900 census
of Herdland Twp, Clay Co. Iowa, family #60. The ages don't seem to match.
