Notes for Catherine ROSS

Leckey's book states she married Henry Green and went to Butler County,
Ohio. Actually, she went to Wayne Township, Butler County and married Henry
Green there. Note that their son, Francis Green, married a daughter of
Catharine's brother, John Ross in Clinton County, Indiana.
Henry and Catharine are in Butler County, Wayne Township, Ohio in the 1850
census, listed as a farmer, age 61,born in New Jersey. Wife,Catharine, age
81 born in PA. With them are two sons, Jacob Green, age 20 and Marmaduke
Green age 21, a farmer.
