Green and mentions his sister Minetta Elva Francis Ross. Albert and Mollie
lived in Corsicanna, Navarro County, Texas.
Beth Richardson of Beeville, Bee County, Texas relates that Lena Woods Walker
knows the facts: first, that his wedding took place in Navarro County,
further, that some of Johnston Ross's familyvisited with them in December,
1877 and that Ida Lea Ross (daughter of William Henry and Louisa K. Ross),
mother of Lena, was born in Corsicanna during that visit. Albert Green died
not long after that.
