a Richard Barfield in Duplin County, NC, dated 1 may, 1754. It lists sons:
Henry ("plantation I now live on"), Jesse, Solomon. Daughters: Mary Barfield,
Beth Barfield, An Grady, Cattren Tater, Granddaugter: Beth Tater. Executors:
Solomon and Jesse Barfield(sons), Witnesses: James Barfield,John Morris,
Solomon Barfield.
