 1] To subscribe to the IOWA list, send an email to
IOWA-request@rootsweb.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Turn off your signature file when sending this command. If you want digest mode, send the message to

2] To unsubscribe from the IOWA list, send an email to IOWA-request@rootsweb.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Turn off your signature file when sending this command.

3] To change from one mode to the other, unsubscribe from your current mode, then subscribe to the new mode.

 4] There is no "No Mail" or "Vacation" mode. Unsubscribe if you want the messages to stop, and subscribe when you want them to start again.
