WILL OF BENJAMIN TALLMAN

In the name of god amen, I, Benjamin Tallman of the county of Fairfield and state of Ohio, being weak in body but of sound mind memory blessed be the almighty god for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner- and form following, that is to say First I commend my soul into the hands of god who gave it and my body to the earth from which it was taken to be buried in a christian like manner according to the directions of my executors herein after mentioned.

Item, it is my will that all my just debts and funeral charges be honestly paid as soon as can conveniently be after my decease.

Item, I give and bequeath unto my son William all accounts charged against him in my day book which is to be his full share.

I give and bequeath unto my son James all accounts charged against him in my day book to be his full share.

I give and bequeath unto my son Samuel all accounts charged against him in my day book to be his full share.

I give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin all accounts charged against him in my day book to be his full share.

I give and bequeath unto my son John all accounts charged against him in my day book to be his full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Patience all accounts charged against her in my day book to be her full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah all accounts charged against her in my day book which is to be her full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Annah all accounts charged against her in my day book which is to be her full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann, and John Harrison her husband, all book accounts charged against them to be her full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Susannah all accounts charged against her in my day book which is to be her full share.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary all accounts charged against her in my day book which is to be her full share.

And I give and bequeth to my wife Dinah all the remainder of my estate during her life for her support and provided there is any of my estate remaining after my wife's decease all under ninety dollars is to be equally divided between three of my daughters namely Annah, Susannah and Mary and all excluding ninety dollars is to be equally divided between all my daughters herein mentioned.

I hereby constitute and appoint Dina(h) my wife of the county of Fairfield and state of Ohio executrix and William Tallman of the county of Pickaway and state aforesaid my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and seal the 14th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty, interlined before ---------

Signed, sealed, published and declaired by the above named Benjamin Tallman to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator.
