On that page, click on the appropriate link under "Downloads" to "Free Adobe Reader"
and then follow the instructions.
VIEWING DOCUMENTS IN YOUR
NORMAL WEB BROWSER'S WINDOW
When you download the Reader, one of the files you will receive will be a "Web browser plug-in" program. As its name suggests, this can be plugged in to your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc), to enable you to view a document in Adobe Acrobat format in your browser.
This file is called "nppdf32.dll". If you have Navigator on your system when you install Acrobat Reader, the file is automatically installed in the Netscape plug-in folder on your computer's hard-drive. If you install Navigator after installing Acrobat Reader, or if you're using another browser compatible with Navigator (such as Internet Explorer), you can install this plug-in very easily yourself:-
1. If you're using a version of Windows:
Open the "browser" folder within the Acrobat Reader folder that has just been installed, and copy the "nppdf32.dll" file to your web browser’s "PLUGINS" or "Plugins" folder.
2. If you're using the Mac operating system:
Open the Web Browser Plug-in folder within the Acrobat Reader folder that has just been installed, and copy the PDFViewer plug-in to your browser’s plug-ins folder.
