She was born in Charleston, W.Va. She was a retired executive secretary for Nabisco and a member of Senatobia Presbyterain Church and Senatobia Cultural Club.

Surviving: husband, Albert; sons, Steve of Senatobia, Tommy of Senoia, Ga; sister, Helen Bays of Canton, Ohio; brother, Tom Bays of Charleston; one grandson.

Service was 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Senatobia Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Bethesda Cemetery, Senatobia. C. O. Pate Funeral Home, P.O. Box 247, Senatobia, was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be sent to Senatobia Presbyterian Church.
