Waldon Wingo, 74, of Hurricane died Wednesday at home after a sudden illness.

He was a retired DuPont employee with 39 years of servie. He was a steel rigger.

Surviving: wife, Myrtle; son, Clarence of Winfield; brothers, Albert of Dunbar, Carson of Georgia, Walter of White Sulphur; sisters, Mrs. Mayo Spicer of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Gertrude Hudson, of Florida, and Mrs. Emma Jones of Charleston.

Service will be 11:00 A. M. Saturday at Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane with Rev. Glen Mathews officiating. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 2:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. and 7:00 P. M. to 9:00 P. M. today at the funeral home.
