William, d. Topsham, ME between 21 October 1762 and 13 August 1766, when his will was signed and finally probated; m. Topsham (int.) 29 July 1749 Isabella Larrabee of Brunswick, b. there 27 November 1731, daughter of Benjamin and Mary ( ) Larrabee, d. Topsham 17 October 1798. The Earlies record of William Wilson in Topsham is one showing him, and innholder of Topsham, receiving one-sixteenth part of a mill privilege from John Dunlap of Topsham, 9 August 1762 along with Aaron Hinkley, Samuel Thompson, Daniel Asten [Austin], Thomas Thompson all of Brunswick, and James Potter, Jr., housewright, Hugh Wilson, cabinetmaker of Topsham. Dunlop Conveyed to all the above three-fourths part of his lot "for building mills."

William Wilson's will named his wife Isabella, and the following children: William, John, Samuel, Mary and Isabella. The sons were given his "lands, messuages, tenements, rights to his saw mills, together with his household goods, chattles, debts and moveable effects." His daughters were to receive from their brothers "so much money" from his estate to provide them with an "equal share of the value of the estate." Isabella, his wife and executrix of the estate, was to have "the income of [his] estate till the heirs come of age, unless she should remarry." 3
