State of Nebraska, County of Otoe,
Milton Henry Copenharve being duly sworn, says that there is no legal
impediment existing to prevent himself of Douglas County, Nebraska aged
24 years, born in Daulphin (sic) County, State of Penn[sylvania], the
name of his father being Jeary (sic) Copenharve and the maiden name of
his mother being Sarah Hoke and Miss Josia Kohn of Otoe County,
Nebraska age 23 years, born in Otoe County, State of Nebraska, the name
of her father being Frank Kohn and the maiden name of her mother being
Elizabeth Russell, both white in color, from entering into the Marriage
contract, and that they both are of sufficient age, in law, to contract
Marriage.

solemnize the Marriage of Mr. Milton Henry Copenharve and Miss Josia
Kohn at the house of Bride Home in said County, in presence of Maria
Copenharve and Cara Schneider
