Polish sources:
In August 1998 I discovered through another researcher that the Parish records of St. Bartholomew Church in Łęki Górne and Łęki Dolne had been microfilmed by the Mormon (LDS) Church. These records are in the Latin language. Both of my Grandparents immigrated from this area to Platte and Nance Counties in Nebraska. I have been able to trace most of my Polish lines back as far as the records allow.

My earliest SZTORC ancestors were from the Parish of Pilzno, Galicia, Austrian Poland. The microfilms for this Parish are also available from the LDS Church.
