CARROT-COCONUT SALAD

1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. (one 11 oz. can) mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
salad greens

Mix all ingredients, except greens. Chill and serve on greens. Serves 4 to 6.
