CHOCOLATE PEANUTTERS Kathy McFeaters
1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt
Just sift together and set aside.
1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
Beat until creamy. Add one egg, continue to beat. Add flour mixture alternately with
1/4 cup of milk. Stir in one 6 ounce package chocoate morsels, 1 cup chopped salted
cocktail peanuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
