OATMEAL SCOTCHIES Loretta McFeaters

1 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. oats (quick) uncooked
1 c. butter, softened 1 (12 oz) pkg. butterscotch morsels
3/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, set aside.
In a large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Drop by level teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
