August 17, 2001 - More Mary Rice letters from the Skip & Winston Johns collection here & here.

July 29, 2001.- Falling down on the job here. Look for new installments of the JJJ journal, and letters from Alfred Johns and Mary Rice. The new letters are from the collection of Skip and Winston Johns, who have kindly lent them to me for eventual posting on my page. Look for more in the future.

April 23, 2001 - Yet another installment of John Jay Johns' journal.

April 22, 2001 - Another installment of the John Jay Johns Journal.

April 21, 2001 - Posted 3 more months of the John Jay Johns journal. Letter from Florence Johns.

March 23, 2001 - Posted a letter from Florence Johns. Another letter from Florence Johns.

March 15, 2001 - Posted a letter containing Chambless/Horne/Lawrence information. Posted a 3-month installment of the John Jay Johns journal.

March 4, 2001 - Posted a letter from Mae Phelps Mason. This one is on Beall - Willett - Simmons - Phelps family history, my mother's father's family, whereas almost everything else on this page is from my mother's mother's family.

March 2, 2001 -- Posted an interesting letter from Virginia Cowan Wooldridge, which was contributed by a reader, Forbes Maner.

February 25, 2001 -- There are various new things here and there, but I have most notably added a couple of pages to the journal of John Jay Johns, end of 1881, which is particularly interesting, as it concerns the death of Glover Johns, and beginning of 1882.
