My 2nd Greatgrandfather, Elijah Alfred Brabham, is listed as a
"wheelwright" in family records.

    He was born in Bamberg, in April 1847, and died in Brunson, SC, November
23, 1887.

    He may have worked in Bamberg and/or Brunson.  Could I find out more
about him, based on knowing his occupation? Were there wheelwright shops in
Bamberg, Brunson and that area?

    I have been to Bamberg, but I don't know Brunson.  How far are they
apart?
