Hi Charles! You may be aware that the Way family came from Dorchester MA
in the late 1600s with other families (ie. Maverick, et al). Aaaron way
married a Mavrick who was the daughter of Rev. John Maverick and his wife
Mary Gye. they came from Devon, England to MA. Mary Gye is among the few
who Gary Boyd Roberts cites as having a clear descent from certain Kings of
England. Anyhow I have been studying these SC families a bit as my wife
has two separate lines of ways and Mavericks - but not through Aaron Way!
I could help on the line if you have not got to the early SC immigrants or
the New England bunch...
