When a problem of this sort occurs, the correct procedure is to write directly to the Forum Manager explaining the problem and the requested change. An email address for the Forum Manager is shown at the bottom of every message sent through the Forum. As explained in the Forum Policy statements, such requests may take some time to be implemented.
