William Dexter Shuman Family
William Dexter SHUMAN, son of Jehu SHUMAN and Mary Emeline SAMUELS, was born on 15 Jan 1860 in Pendleton, Madison Co., IN and died on 15 Jul 1935.
On 11 Jan 1891 he first married Nancy MURPHY [some records say June].
On 5 Dec 1897 he second married Margaret FAUCHER. They had the following children:
- 3.4.8.1 Dewey SHUMAN
3.4.8.2 Vera SHUMAN. She was born on 16 Jul 1901. On 20 Dec 1919 she married Donald LEGG. They were divorced. They had one child:
- 3.4.8.2.1 Robert LEGG
3.4.8.3 Jehu SHUMAN. He married Edith Lucile BARKLEY.
