Snure, David L.
WOOSTER - David L. Snure, 61, of Wooster, died Friday, June 30, 2006.
Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster. Interment will be at Moreland Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

David was born July 26, 1944, in Wayne County to Robert and Olive (Swovlen) Snure and married Judy Rock. She died in 2000.
He retired as a heavy equipment operator for Bill Hawk Inc., after 30 years of service and was a member of Union Local 18 for 42 years.
He served in the Ohio National Guard during the Vietnam War, and was a member of Fredericksburg American Legion.
He was an avid fisherman and boater, loved his John Deere A tractor and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and going to their sporting events.
Surviving are children, Lynn Snure and Charles (Patricia) Snure, both of Wooster, David R. (Jenifer) Snure of New Philadelphia and Deadra “Didi” (Terry) McCune of Smithville; grandchildren, Zackery and Sara McCune, Dakota, Gabriele and Seth Snure; and a sister, Nancy Snure.
In addition to his wife, a grandson, Tyler McCune, died in 1993.
