WOOSTER -- Garry D. Lilley, 70, of Wooster, died Friday, May 2, 2008, at Wooster Community Hospital.

Memorial services will be Friday, May 9, at 4 p.m. at Northview Alliance Church, with Pastor Lori Whitted officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Online tributes may be left at www.robertsfuneralhome.com.

Garry was born Sept. 8, 1937, in Millersburg to Theodore Lincoln and Lula Marie (Martin) Lilley, and married Wenonah Waugh on Jan. 28, 1975. She survives.

He served in the U.S. Army and had worked for Crocker Farms for 20 years. He then worked for the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center. Garry enjoyed farming, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

Garry will be deeply missed by his wife; children, Ted (Kim) Lilley of Rittman, Connie (Rob) Boyce, Bonnie Lilley and Bill Lake, all of Wooster; grandchildren, Adrienne, Brandon and Ethan Lilley, Gianna Boyce, Jocelyn Shannon, Katie, Taylor and Abby Lake; his mother of Wooster; brothers, Larry, Bob, Walter (Jan), and Terry (Sandy) Lilley, all of Wooster, and Jim (Marge) Lilley of Funk; a sister, Lucille Mullen of Wooster; and a sister-in-law, Anna Mae Martin of Wooster.

His father and a brother, Cecil Martin, preceded him in death.
