WOOSTER -- James V. Mandolin, 84, 1927 Blair Blvd., died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2001, at West View Manor Nursing Center.
Services will be Wednesday at noon at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, with pastors James Allison and Bill Watson officiating. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens where military rites will be held.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

He was born Aug. 31, 1916, in Grastra, Mich., to Sabentino and Mary (Gervanelli) Mandolin and married Julia DiOrio on Aug. 23, 1941. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Sharon Carmichael of Wooster; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and sisters, Celia Horn and Ann Knepper, both of Wooster.
