MANSFIELD -- Marion D. McClaran, 74, 1234 Michael Drive, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at his residence.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Johnston-Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve, with the Rev. Priscilla E. Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve, where military rites will be conducted by Shreve American Legion Post 67.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Marion was born May 31, 1926, in Clinton Township to Arthur and Stella (Wise) McClaran and married Jeanne I. Miller. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Ronald (Linda) McClaran, Timothy (Kathie) McClaran and Melinda (Hal) Hornyak, all of Mansfield and Melody (Henry) Eskins of Dallas; a stepson, Terry Jones of Wooster; grandchildren, Dennise McClaran, Ryan McClaran, Kristi McClaran, Jason Hornyak, Erika Hornyak and Tawny Warnes; great-grandchildren, Brock Phelps, Kirsten Allen and Kaitlynn Lee; a brother, Doyle (Joann) McClaran of Shreve; sisters, Freda (Clarance) Willison of West Covina, Calif., and Carolyn (James) Snell of Shreve; a sister-in-law, Glenda McClaran of Wooster; and several nieces and nephews.
