Owen D. Lang, 86, 7444 Lincoln Way East, died Friday, Aug. 24, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital.

Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, Wooster with the Rev. Dr. James Christensen officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday evening from 7-9 at the funeral home.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, Wayne County Branch, 1740 Cleveland Road, Wooster 44691 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 4815 Munson St. NW, Canton 44718 in his memory.

He was born May 8, 1915, in Glenmont, to Jacob H. and Edna F. (Owen) Lang.

Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Eileen and Roger Landis of Lancaster and Norma and Don Finley of Wooster; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a special friend, Betty Spencer.
