- Isaac Vaughan, b. 17 Mar 1790; d. 24 Nov 1790.
- Peter Vaughan, b. 1 Dec 1791. He m. Phebe Oliver MORTON 20 Feb 1814 in Middleborough. They had children Cyrus, Eveline, and Peter.
- Cushman Vaughan, b. 1 Mar 1794; d. Middleborough 2 Apr 1856. He m. (1) Abigail GORHAM 31 Oct 1815 in Middleborough. They had children Betsey Cushman and William Harlow. He m. (2) Mrs. Mary HASKINS 14 Jan 1838.
