Chocolate Macaroons 2 egg whites 1 cup sugar 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled 1 1/2 cups dried coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Bake on greased cookie sheet in a 325° oven for 15 minutes or until firm to the touch.
