Yule Logs 2 1/2 cups sifted flour 1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 cup butter or margerine 1/2 cup molasses 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup chopped nuts Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter or margerine. Stir in molasses and vanilla and work dough until smooth. Chill 3 hours. Break off small pieces of dough and shape into 3" logs. Roll in chopped nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325° oven 15 minutes. Makes about 36.
