Our Mission
When I first started to research my own family tree, via the internet, I was disappointed at how little information I could find regarding the surname STARLING.
I decided to place my own family tree on my homepage and as a result of the positive feedback I received, I set about creating a "one stop shop" on the web for all things pertaining to the STARLING family.
The result is the web site you are currently browsing through.
My desire is for this web site is to act as a repository for as much genealogical information about the STARLING family as I can get my hands on.
The data is freely donated by STARLING researchers around the world, with any information they donate being attributed to them.
Conversely I want to enable any STARLING researcher to be able to freely access the data collected and use it to build their own family trees.
If you have any ideas which will improve / expand this site let me know and if they are appropriate I will do my best to include them.
Eventually, over time, it would be great to be able to start to identify the individuals who are our common ancestors.
