This is a first-cut attempt to respond to the following suggestion by Ben Whiting. Other suggestions regarding this subject or others are solicited.
"Perhaps as an additional service, we could setup a certificate exchange service.
Many of us when we order a birth, death, or marriage certificate, discover when it arrives
that it is not the correct person for our specific family line. It might, however, be
useful to someone else. This happens most often when ordering certificates from the BMD
