Did not marry. Also seeking descendants of Ann LAKEMAN (daughter of William Lakeman) who married William Moore EDWARDS at Plymouth Register Office on 7 Aug 1861. Their children were: William Alfred Edwards, bap Wembury 18 Apr 1862 Amelia Ann Edwards, bap Wembury 25 Mar 1864 |

| John LAKEMAN was born in 1827 at Cornwood, Devon, England. He
married Ann ASH of Thurlestone, Dev., and they had two children Elizabeth (b1847) and
George (b1849) at Coombeinteignhead, Dev. Other children may have been born after 1851. George migrated to Australia c1865, marrying Ann FIELD at Benalla, Victoria in 1873. George and Ann had 15 children and are the ancestors of most of the Lakemans currently living in Victoria, Australia today. My interests are the parents and siblings of John Lakeman, and any Lakeman descendants in Victoria or any other part of Australia. |
