5 Feb 1832 baptisms of Ellen and Susanna Stoddard.  William's occupation was "weaver".

1839Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire25 Nov 1839 marriage of Ann Peniston Stoddard and Benjamin Stevens.  The indexes do not indicate her marital status, but her father Joseph Peniston is named. (Civil Records Vol. 20 p.12, Ashton under Lyne District, registered Dec qtr 1839 per England and Wales Civil Registration Index; England & Wales Marriages, 1538-1940; Family Search: England Marriages, 1538-1973).  They lived in Ashton Under Lyne (per census: 1841 ENG Benjamin Stevens)

Other Children  Indexes of records for three other Stoddard children with parents William and Ann(e) have been found:

The only children living with Ann and her second husband in 1841 are Ellen and Susanna.

Birth of William  Without census records, it is difficult to even estimate William's birth date.  He was married for the first (and apparently only) time in 1825.  He was probably at least 20 years old at the time, so he was probably born before 1805.  His bride was about 19 years old, born about 1806.
