 Work area - Emma (Schober) Gutzwiller, Hans Korger, Emil Gutzwiller

Hans Korger worked at the bakery after Emil's death. He knew Gus Hadwiger well, and
Emma would later marry Gus. Hans continued to visit with VEG and the Hadwigers
for many years. He liked to pull tricks on the children. The last Dad could remember,
Hans was in charge of a restaurant in Cedar Rapids, NE.

Notes: Emil Gutzwiller is wearing bandage on left arm, supposedly "injured by bread machine"
while attending bakery school in St. Louis. The arm never healed.

Formerly the Gutzwiller Bakery building - in 1986 it was a restaurant
"Mother's Place" (has since gone out of business at this location).
