"...Council unanimously adopted a resolution of sympathy to the
family of the late Sharpsville Fire Chief Harry A. "Dutch"
Rapp, Council- man (Paul) Bastress asked for a moment of silence for
remembrance of Rapp at the beginning of the council meeting.
(Councilman Andrew) Herbick asked council to consider, in the future,
some sense of memorial to the veteran fire chief who died
