This indenture made and intered into this June 20 the day 1887 between Isaac
Gilbert of Perry Co. and state of Kentucky of the first part and Isaac Gilbert 
son of Claybern Gilbert  and Grandson of Isaac Gilbert Senior of the county 
and state aforesaid of the second part.  Witness it that the said Isaac
Gilbert sen. of the first part has this day grant bargained and sold unto the
party of the second part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred 
dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged a certain
tract of land a part of a three hundred acre survey lying on a fork of
Squabble Creek in Perry County Kentucky pattened in the name of Isaac Gilbert
sen. and bounded as follows:To wit  Beginning at a pine thence south 16 e 8
poles to a stake thence s80 east 100 poles to a maple thence running so as
to hold all the lands contained in said 300 acre patent on Squabble Creek
that belonging to the party of the first part to have and to hold that a (?)
said track of land unto the party of the second part and his heirs for
ever with all the appertances that to belong and we the party of the first 
do warrent and defend the title unto the party of the second part and his
heirs for ever against the claiming the same in witness we have here unto
set our hands and seal day and date above wrote.
