Isaac Gilbert: Perry County, Kentucky: Gilbert, Reley, Bowlin, Hunt,Neigh Perry County, Kentucky deed book F Pg. 491 Isaac Gilbert to deed Claborn Gilbert This indenture made and entered unto this April 9th 1887 between Isaac Gilbert of the Co. of Perry and state of Kentucky and Claborn Gilbert of the county and state aforesaid witness it that the party of the first part has this day for and consideration of of the sum of seven hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is here by acknowledged doth grant, bargain and sell unto the party of the second part all of of that track of land located in Perry County Ky. on Squabble Creek water of the Middle Fork of the Kentucky River and bounded as follows: To wit containing all the land that was deeded from William Hunt to Isaac Gilbert on Squabble Creek Perry Co. Ky. also to a conditional line made between John C. Reley and Claborn Gilbert crossing near the head of Beaty Fork Buffalo with all appertances there to belong unto the party of the first part and his heirs forever and the party of the first part do warrant and defend the lette(?) unto the party of the second part and his heirs against the claims of all persons claiming the same in witnessof all we have here unto set our hand and sealed day and your date first above written.
