Jason Scott MOAK changed name to Jason Scott AYUBI-MOAK

Jason Scott Ayubi Moak graduated from the unit in 1993 and went through the
nuclear power pipeline.
After nuke school, prototype, and sub school, he was stationed on the USS
ASHEVILLE in both San Diego and Pearl Harbor. Jason spent two years on board
as the Reactor Controls Assitant (RCA), then became the Chemistry
and RadCon Officer, the Communications Officer, and finally Assistant
Engineer. He completed two Western PAcific Deployments and spent most of his time
underway on various "excursions of vital importance to national security".
Jason promoted to LTjg in January 1995, and made LT in 1997. He
successfully passed the nuclear engineer's exam in November 1997 and
officially became "bullet proof".
In 1998, he resigned his commission, after serving 5 years and is now living in
Scottsdale, Arizona. He is married and his wife's name is Ineke.
His wife, (Dr. Ineke Ayubi-Moak) is a Family Practice Physician and practices
locally in Phoenix.
As of December, 2001, he is currently working on a PhD in solid state physics (electrical
engineering) at Arizona State University, while working as a graduate
research assistant in his department. He plans on teaching at the graduate
level upon the completion of his degree.
