Ensign Melody F Trujillo USNR

Ensign Melody F Trujillo is a native of Alameda, California. She attended Fairfield High
School, a small suburb northeast of San Francisco. In fall 1995, she accepted a Naval ROTC
scholarship to attend the University of Southern California.
As an intricate member of the Trojan Battalion, Ensign Trujillo has served as a Platoon
Commander, Company Mustering Petty Officer, and Battalion Fiscal Officer. Her service to
the Battalion has been without a doubt remarkable and unquestionable at all times. Ensign
Trujillo graduates with a bachelor's degree in International Relations.
In the course of her midshipman career, Ensign Trujillo has received the Retired Officer
Association of America, Professor of Naval Science Commendation, community service, two
sailing, two cruise, and six color guard awards. Upon commissioning, she will report to
Surface Warfare Officers School in Newport, Rhode Island, and subsequently to USS Bataan in
Norfolk, Virginia.
