Ensign Fustave I Yohner USNR

Ensign Fustave I Yohner is a native of Escondido, California. He attended San Marcos High
School in San Marcos. While in high school he was active in numerous sports, including
varsity mens soccer and baseball. In fall 1995, he accepted a Naval ROTC scholarship to
attend the University of Southern California.
As a valuable member of the Trojan Battalion, Ensign Yohner has held the billets of Platoon
Commander, Academics officer, and Battalion Command Master Chief. His hobbies in college
include surfing, working out, and contributing time to his fraternity. His summer cruise
experiences have taken him to such exotic places as San Diego, California and Pearl Harbor,
Hawaii. Ensign Yohner has earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
In the course of his midshipman career, Ensign Yohner has received the Physical Fitness
and Academic Excellence awards. He will report to Surface Warfare Officers School in
Newport, Rhode Island, and subsequently to USS Elliot in San Diego, California.
