Biography:
Guillermo Carrillo was born in Mexico City, Mexico and grew up in Redondo Beach, CA.
While at the University of Southern California, he was a dedicated parent to his
daughter Alynsia and a hard-working architecture student.
Before attending USC, Guillermo Carrillo served in the Navy. He enlisted in 1992 and was
aboard the USS Pasadena until he entered BOOST in 1994. While he was at BOOST, Guillermo
was accepted to the University of Southern California.
Guillermo Carrillo was a valuable member of the Trojan Battalion. He acted as a Company
Mustering Petty Officer, Company Commander, Fundraising Officer, as well as Orientation
Week Assistant Pland and Executive Officers.
Outside the battalion, Guillermo Carrillo was extremely active in the School of Architecture.
He was the President and Vice President of Student Council. In addition, Guillermo Carrillo
was an Architectural Guild Board Member and a Gamble House Scholar in Residence.
Ensign Guillermo Carrillo graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture and reported to Pensacola, FL for
flight training.
