Biography:

Sarah C HIGGINS is from Kaneohe, HA, and attended St Francis High School. She received her Navy ROTC Scholarship in 1997 and decided to attend the University of Southern California.

Sarah Higgins was an important part of the Trojan Battalion, holding the billets of Squad Leader, Mustering Petty Officer, Yearbook and Newsletter Coordinators, Public Affairs Officer, and Operations Officer.

Outside the Trojan Battalion, Sarah made her mark on the USC Campus, swimming on the USC Women's Swim Team and as a Tour Guide.

Ensign Sarah Higgins graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism, and reported to Pensacola, FL to attend Flight Schoola s a Naval Flight Officer.
