Biography:
Franklin A Hinojosa was born in Los Angeles, CA. He completed his high school studies
at St Francis High School in La Canada, CA. He began his career at the University of
Southern California in the fall of 1997.
While at USC, he participated in M.E.Ch.A, Latino Business Student's Association,
Annenberg School for Communication Association, Annenbery Peer Mentoring Program, JEP,
and Trainin Officer for the Pasadena Division of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps.
An active member in the Trojan Battalion, Franklin Hinojosa held the billets of Adjutant
Assistand, Comptroller, Fiscal Officer, and Bravo Company Platoon Commmander. He also
particiapted in the Battalion Drill Team and color Guard for four years and served as the
Platoon guide for 3 1/2 years.
Ensign Franklin Hinojosa received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He joined the
Argentinean Navy on the Libertale for six months. Afterwards, he reported for his
Naval training in Newport, RI, at the Surface Warfare Officer's School.
