Biography:

Kelly A Varonfakis was born in San Diego, CA and graduated as Valedictorian from Scripps Ranch High School.

She was a valuable member of the Trojan Battalion, and held the billets as Orientation Week Public Affairs Officer, Squad Leaders, Mustering Petty Officer, Fundraising Coordinator, Newsletter, Assistant Volunteer Officer, Plans Officer, and Adjutant.
,br> While at the University of Southern California, she participated in JEP, the Spirit of Poetry Project, Program Board, and served as an Administrative Assistant to DPS Facilities and Manangement.

Upon graduation, Ensign Kelly Varonfakis received her degree in Sociology with a Law and Society minor. She reported to Flight School at Pensacola, FL as a Student Naval Aviator.

In 2002 it was reported that Kelly married LT Bryan BARBER USMCR and is stationed in Oklahoma at Vance AFB for the rest of flight school.
