MARRIAGE LICENSE

West Virginia, County of Monroe, to-wit:

     TO ANY PERSONS LICENSED TO CELEBRATE MARRIAGE:  You are hereby
     authorized to join together in the Holy State on Matrimony,
     according to the rules and ceremonies of your Church or religious
     denomination, and the laws of the State of West Virginia, John H.
     Forren and Mary Ann Crosier.  Given under my hand, as Clerk of the
     County Court of said County, this 28th day of Feby. 1878.

CERTIFICATE TO OBTAIN A MARRIAGE LICENSE.
TO BE ANNEXED TO THE LICENSE REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 63, CODE.

PRELIMINARY inquiries and answers thereto, made and ascertained by Jas.
Campbell, Clerk of the County Court of Monroe County, State of West
Virginia, relative to Mr. John H. Forren of Greenbrier County and
State of West Virginia, and Miss Mary Ann Crosier of Monroe County,
and State of West Virginia, to whom the accompanying Marriage License
is issued.

The full names of the parties are as follows:

His full name is John H. Forren.
Her full name is Mary Ann Crosier.
Hi age is 22 years.
Her age is 21 years.
He was born in Greenbrier County, Sate of W. Va.
She was born in Monroe County, State of W. Va.
His place of residence is Greenbrier County, Sate of W. Va.
Her place of residence is Monroe County, State of W. Va.
The name of the party giving the foregoing information: Jno H. Forren
of Monroe County, State of W. Va.
     Given under my hand, this 28th day of Feby. 1878.

MINISTER'S RETURN OF MARRIAGE.

     I Certify, That on the 7th day of March 1878, at the residence of
George Crosier I united in Marriage the above-named and described
parties, under authority of the annexed License.

NOTE.-The Minister or other person celebrating such marriage, within
sixty days thereafter, return the said license to the office whence it
issued, with an indorsement thereon of the fact of such marriage, and
the time and place of celebrating the same, under penalty of forfeiture
of his bond.
