Anne was second wife; 1st wife Elizabeth Sage bore no children and died 16Sep 1716. His third wife was Hannah Benham who married him late in life (1775) and lived until age 90 with his youngest Seth. He moved to Middletown 1736 then to Goshen in 1741. He lived south of town about four miles on the road to Litchfield, but moved into the village because of harassment by the Indians. We have a copy of his hand written will dated 1775.

History says she married and moved to Goshen. But the Collins family
enumerated does not show her.
