The original contract having been made in England for a period of six years from his arrival at Boston. (2July1650). He worked off the contract, was granted 10 acres of land on "Chikkuppe Plain" Jan1665. He took a grant at Fresh Water Brook (Enfield CT) in addition.
There was a Simon Lobdell in Springfield who may have been her brother. His age is wrong for him to have been her parent. T: p4. IGI says married in Boston but Underwood in Chula Vista says Easton MA.
