Joseph CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born on 25 Jan 1702 in Guilford, CT. He died on 7 Apr 1794 in Guilford, CT. Joseph married Anna HALE in Apr 1770.

Anna HALE was born on 13 Nov 1724. She died on 13 Oct 1791 in Guilford, CT. Anna married Joseph CHITTENDEN in Apr 1770.
Anson FOWLER [Parents] was born on 18 Dec 1768. He married Maria EASCLOTYN.
Maria EASCLOTYN was born about 1770. She married Anson FOWLER.
John MARVIN was born about 1740. He married Mary CASS.
Mary CASS was born about 1745. She married John MARVIN.

Col. Cyrus CURTISS was born about 1800. He married Grace CHITTENDEN.

Grace CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born on 22 Nov 1804. She died on 18 Jul 1832. Grace married Col. Cyrus CURTISS.

Timothy CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born on 8 Apr 1765 in East Guilford, , Conn.. He died on 17 May 1835 in Kinderhook, , Conn.. Timothy married Hannah TROWBRIDGE in Jun 1786.
"He passed most of his life in New Haven, in trade with the West Indies, and died in Kinderhook, now Stockport...His wife was of delicate constitution and died suddenly a few years before him. They had no children." Talcott
Hannah TROWBRIDGE [Parents] was born on 1 Feb 1765. She died on 23 May 1821. Hannah married Timothy CHITTENDEN in Jun 1786.
Newman TROWBRIDGE was born about 1735. He married Elizabeth BILLS.
Elizabeth BILLS was born about 1740. She married Newman TROWBRIDGE.

Truman GALUSHA was born about 1775. He married Anna CHITTENDEN.
Anna CHITTENDEN [Parents] was born about 1780. She married Truman GALUSHA.
Martin CHITTENDEN Gov. [Parents] was born on 12 Mar 1766. He died on 5 Sep 1840 in VT. Martin married Anna BENTLEY on 12 Mar 1796.
"Graduated at Dartmouth College in 1789, was chosen Judge in 1793, representative in Congress from 1803 to 1813, Governor of Vermont in 1814 and 1815. He resided in Jericho and Williston, Vermont." Talcott
There is a confusion between the two Talcott books as to which children belong to Giles and to his brother Martin. The following is apparently on his two sons:
From Hemenway's Vermont Historical Gazetteer, Berlin, Vermont:
"Cabot, Vermont. Voted that Giles Chittenden and Truman Chittenden, being indifferent
persons, be a committee to draw the lots, which being done by them in the presence of the meeting as the law directs, was as follows: ( John Batchelder lot 32)" No date given.
Anna BENTLEY was born about 1778. She died on 25 Sep 1827 in VT. Anna married Martin CHITTENDEN Gov. on 12 Mar 1796.
