Found on the 1850 Randolph Co. MO census, and in 1860 Grundy Co. MO census.
On latter census is with wife and John age 26 and Georgann age 33. On the 1870 Howard Co. Census is a James Terrell, age 72, occupation Sadler, with low tax level of $500. With him is wife, Susan, age 68. I believe it to be this one. It is found at:

Susanna Mosby CAVE [Parents] was born on 22 Jan 1802. She died on 15 Oct 1880 and was buried in Roanoke, , Missouri. Susanna married James A. TERRILL on 22 Apr 1819 in , Boone Co., Missouri.

Stephen Willson has her name as Susan Mosby Cave.

A DAR record has it as Susan Moseley Cave.

to find any death records for any of them. The graves seem to have been on there land and many of the markers no longer exist, if anyone even knows
where it is.

Rec'd this email 3/99 without name on it:

I am a direct descendent of Fountain's. There is a tradition in my family that my mother comes from a famous Indian Chief. A book about chiefs was in her
home in 1910.

I believe that Rebeccah was the daughter of Rebeccah Galloway and Tecumseh. There is adequate evidence that they had an affair and even talked marriage. Fountain was in the direct line of passage from Lexington to Ohio where the Galloway's travelled (Boone County) Ky.

Tragically a tin photo of Rebecca in full Inidan regalia has been lost.

Reference Terrill Bulletin by Ellsberry. Children listed are from the 1860 and 1870 Chariton Co. MO census; and 1850 Howard Co. Census. Since one child was b. in Kty. in 1836 and the next in MO in 1838, it is easy to determine when the family made the move to MO. Recent find was him in 1840 Howard Co. MO census on p. 29 (have not checked this out).

Malinda WALTON [Parents] was born on 22 Jun 1813. She died on 24 Dec 1872. Malinda married Robert TERRILL on 31 Dec 1830.

I have a photo of her tombstone in the Salisbury, MO cemetary, which is quite ornate. It says, "Malinda, wife of Robert Terrill, died Dec. 24, 1872, aged
59 ys. 6 ms. 2 ds." From this I determined her date of birth. The Walton sisters seemed to like to marry the Terrills. Malinda's sister, Nancy, was the second wife of her husband's brother John Jr.. Her sister, Matilda Ann, was the wife of his other brother, Joshua. And, another sister m. Jessie Terrill, the son of Robert Terrill. An Amanda Walton m. George Terrill #2901, the son Nancy Walton and John Terrill Jr.
